The Leadership Academy at TBC Bank is a comprehensive initiative aimed at developing management talent, established in the context of increasing competition for talent and rapid growth of the TBC holding in the Uzbek market.
Its goal is to create a unified management style, strengthen a culture of development within the team, and build a sustainable system for enhancing managerial potential at all levels. Within the framework of the project, several tailored tracks have been designed and launched for potential and current team leaders and managers in both front and back-office operations.
The project has reached 390 team members across more than 30 business areas.
